  • Profile & Highlights Hygiene

  • Swap festive DP/cover back to brand visual.

  • Reorder Highlights: “Start Here”, “Wins/Testimonials”, “Offers”, “Resources”. Replace old stories; add 5–7 evergreen slides.

  • Content Grid Refresh

  • Archive low-quality festive posts that tanked reach.

  • Lock a 4-post rhythm for the week: 2 Reels (tips/case), 1 Carousel (framework), 1 Story set (poll + Q&A). Keep Reels 12–22s with one CTA.

  • Link & Lead Flow

  • Update link-in-bio to a single CTA (free checklist/workshop).

  • Add in-caption micro CTAs (“Comment ‘PLAN’ for the template”), plus auto-DM keyword to deliver it.

  • Analytics & Clean-up

  • Check last 28 days: top 10 posts by saves/shares—double down on those angles.

  • Remove broken links, fix alt text on top posts, and pin the best 3 performing pieces for fresh visitors.

IG’s distribution loves content that gets reposted and shared to Stories.
Do: Write one “forward-worthy” line in your caption (eg. “Save this for your next shoot day. Share with one creator who needs it.”) and end with a single CTA.
